Altona Fill DA

Altona Fill DA20/0965 (approved 6 May 2021) is to raise the level of the land for improved pasture for cattle grazing in the short term, and in the medium to longer term for the creation of sportsfields, reprofiling lake edges, backfilling of the lake and mixing with Kingscliff Sands sand resource

Works involve the importation of 260,000m3 of clean fill (340,000m3 uncompacted) to raise the land level to RL2.2 AHD and drainage works
